I can't log into my partner account, who do I need to contact?

I need to upload codes via your system but I am not sure what to do

I followed the code upload process but my file was rejected, what can I do?

Please check the file is in the format specified here, it needs to be in the right format otherwise it will be rejected by our system.

My gift is no longer appearing on Giftcloud, why not?

Your gift has probably disappeared from Giftcloud because all your codes have been sold. Please log in to your account and upload new codes.

I have logged in and my codes are showing zero, what do I do?

You will need to upload codes to your account. Please follow the instructions here.

How can I see how many gifts I have sold?

You can run a sales report by logging in to your account and clicking on 'Full Sales Report', or the grid icon next to the denomination. You will also receive an automated weekly sales report.
