  1. These terms and conditions apply to the £50 Amazon Gift Card* promotion listed by MONY and by making a claim you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, therefore please read carefully.
  2. The offer is listed by MONY and fulfilled by Giftcloud. MBNA, trading style of Lloyds Bank PLC, has no liability in relation to the provision of this offer. The offer is only open to UK residents who are aged 18 years and above who are accepted for an MBNA loan (Value between £1000-£35,000) via an affiliated MONY link, not over the phone, webchat, or by direct online purchases, from 10:00 on 15th June 2026 to 23:59 on 30th June 2026. Only one Gift Card will be delivered per MBNA loan.
  3. You must complete the application within the same session without leaving your internet browser. Only customers who complete directly on the MONY affiliated MBNA link will be eligible to receive this offer.
  4. If you are using the web browser Safari, your sale may not track. Please ensure to have third party cookies enabled within the browser. If possible, please use an alternative web browser to complete your purchase. If you navigate away from the page during the application process, we may not be able to track your sale and you will not qualify for your gift card.
  5. If confirmed eligible, you will receive an email from no-reply@giftcloud.com which will contain details of how to claim your Gift Card 60 days after approval. Please note emails will be sent to the email address provided to MONY when completing your personal loan enquiry. Please ensure that emails from Giftcloud are accepted into your inbox and do not end up in your junk/spam/promotional folder. In the event you have not received your email by the 1st September 2026, or if you have any queries regarding this offer, regarding the offer, please use the email found here customersupport@monygroup.com – MBNA are unable to respond to any queries relating to this offer. The ability to raise a query for this campaign will be open until 31st October 2026.
  6. You will have 90 days in which to claim your Gift Card from the date you receive your email from Giftcloud. If you do not claim within 90 days of receiving the email you will no longer be eligible to receive the £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. Upon receipt of email from Giftcloud you will need to follow the clear instructions set out in the email to claim the Gift Card. Please check the redemption instructions and terms and conditions of your chosen voucher before making your choice.
  7. Gift Cards should be treated like cash and kept securely. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  8. This offer ends 23:59 on 24th June 2026, however, MONY holds the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time or if they believe that the terms of the offer are being abused in any way.
  9. Release of the gift card is the responsibility of MONY Group once authorized by MBNA Loans, and cannot be redeemed directly from MBNA Loans.
