  1. This reward is available only when purchasing an eligible Vodafone product through a participating publisher offer. Your purchase must be correctly tracked through the publisher and Vodafone journey to qualify (see term 20 for available reward options).
  2. This offer is not available for purchases made via the telephone, in-store or Web Chat.
  3. Upgrading customers are not eligible for this reward.
  4. Expect your reward to arrive within 120 days from the date of your broadband purchase. Please be aware that this timeframe is an estimate and assumes your order is placed today. We strongly recommend allowing this period to pass before querying the status of your reward.
  5. Once your purchase has been verified, details of how to claim your reward will be sent to the email address you have used to purchase. You will then have 90 days to select and activate your reward.
  6. If you have any questions or have not received your reward 120 days after your purchase date, please contact Giftcloud using this form: We recommend that you do not contact Vodafone regarding your reward unless you have questions about your service, installation or package.
  7. We strongly recommend adding no-reply@giftcloud.com to your email address book to help ensure your reward emails do not go to your spam or junk folder.
  8. Plans purchased through our partners and other affiliate websites will not qualify.
  9. Your purchase must be completed in a single session to ensure it is tracked correctly. If, before completing your purchase, you click through to Vodafone from another affiliate website or navigate away from the Vodafone website, your purchase may not track correctly and you may not qualify for the reward.
  10. If you use ad-blocking software, a VPN, or have cookies disabled on your device, your purchase may not track correctly and you may not qualify for the reward.
  11. This promotion cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotional code and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged. If used alongside another offer or discount, you will not be eligible for this promotion.
  12. Only one reward will be issued per customer. You must be the bill payer to qualify.
  13. Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw this offer if it believes these terms are being abused.
  14. Vodafone reserves the right to request the web order reference from your order confirmation email (typically beginning WEB-) to verify your purchase.
  15. Rewards will only be issued for successfully connected contracts where the customer has paid their first bill. Customers who cancel their order before activation will not be eligible.
  16. This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
  17. Please check the redemption instructions and terms and conditions applicable to your chosen reward.
  18. Rewards should be treated like cash and kept securely. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Vodafone cannot be held responsible if a reward is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
